The collaboration between Greek shipowners and Chinese shipyards was at the focus of a meeting between Maritime Affairs and Shipping Policy minister Yiannis Diamantidis and representatives of the Greek-Chinese Chamber on Monday, ahead of the minister's upcoming visit to China.
The Minister of Maritime Affairs, Islands and Fisheries, Yiannis Diamantidis on Wednesday signed a ministerial decision setting the boarding fee for cruise ships under non-community flag seeking to operate in the Greek sea area. The decision sets the boarding fee for each passenger and per cruise travel at 3.95 euros.
Maritime Affairs, Research and Fisheries Minister Yiannis Diamantidis held talks on Friday with European Union Commissioner Maria Damanaki on issues pertaining to their duties.
